1. Ticket Purchase:
a. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
b. Tickets are subject to availability and may be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
c. Event is rain or shine and all payments are non-refundable. Re-entry is not guaranteed.

2. Validity and Presentation:
a. A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the event.
b. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

3. Admission and Conduct:
a. Minimum age of entry 18. Valid Government issued Identification documentations may be required.
b. This is a private event, the Organizer/Venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject individuals for disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
c. Attendees must follow the event's code of conduct and adhere to event rules.

4. Changes to Event:
a. The Organizer may modify event details, schedule, or venue without prior notice.
b. In case of event cancellation, the Organizer may offer refunds at their discretion.

5. Photography and Recording:
a. Photography, audio, and video recording may be restricted during specific event segments.

6. Liability and Waiver:
a. The Organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused while in the venue or howsoever incurred or suffered by anyone in relation to the event.

7. Refunds and Exchanges:
a. Cashless Payment Options for Ticekts only at Door: Credit Cards (via STRIPE)
b. Payment Options at Bar: Cash and all major Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex)
c. Credits purchased are to be utilised by before 10pm of event day.
d. Refunds or exchanges of balance credits are generally not available unless explicitly stated by the Organizer.

8. Prohibited items:
a. No outside food or beverage incl. alcohol - No illegal drugs or other mind-enhancing substances (violators will be handed over to the authorities) - No objects that are of risk to partygoers (animals, weapons, umbrellas, laser pens, parasols, etc)

9. Force Majeure:
a. The Organizer is not liable for event disruptions due to circumstances beyond their control.

10. Dress code:
a. Tank tops / berms are allowed for all Bare Evertainment events unless otherwise stated. Flip-flops, sandals are not allowed.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and agree to these terms.
