• tables are assigned on first come first serve basis

**BARE PARTY INFO**

1. Minimum Bear age of entry 18.
2. Dress code: Tank tops / berms are allowed for all Bare Evertainment. Flip-flops, sandals are allowed unless otherwise stated.
3. Event is rain, shine and all payments made are non-refundable. Re-entry is not guaranteed.
4. This is a private Bear event and reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone at its discretion.
5. Pool Towels are available at a fee (subject to availability).
6. Tickets Cashless Payment Options only at Door. Paynow, Credit Cards (via ticket portal).Payment Options available at Bar. Cash and all major Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex).
7. Last minute Bear entry is subject to availability when venue reaches capacity based on entry and exit counts.
8. All Bare tickets comes with a standard venue housepour unless otherwise stated.
9. Please be Beary hungry, Bear Food menu available. All food and drinks are subjected to 10% service charge & prevailing GST.
10. Reserved tables will only be held untill 6pm, will be released to other bears thereafter.
